James Klein, president, is a licensed Land Surveyor in Oregon and Washington. James has more than 16 years experience in the field and office, working on all types of surveying projects. Including, but not limited to, boundary locations, land planning, land divisions, topographic, site designs and construction layouts. His professional knowledge and honest approach to both his clients and his employees have made him a fore-runner in the surveying community.
James worked under the direct supervision of Anthony C. Klein, P.L.S. and founder of Klein & Associates, Inc. In 2003, James was promoted to Project Manager. In 2005, James took the role of President of K&A. James has directed K&A and supervises all projects and employees with integrity. James has managed a multitude of different projects ranging from commercial, industrial, governmental, residential and cadastral surveys for K&A.

Leo J Sandoval, P.L.S.

Leo Sandoval, Vice President, is a licensed Land Surveyor in Montana and Washington. Leo has more than 16 years experience in the field and office working on all types of surveying projects. Leo has strong knowledge and experience with all aspects of surveying, land development, construction layouts, highway right-of-ways and geodetic control. Leo is very proficient in operating the Trimble RTK GPS unit, Sokkia, Topcon Robotic Total Station, AutoCAD Civil 3D. Leo is a professional and has been a Project Manager on various projects since 1999.
Leo has gained a wide variety of work experience through various surveying firms since 1991. He has worked on and was Project Manager/Supervisor on several State and Federal projects, including Highway, Airfields and Port Docks. In 2005, Leo became a member of the K&A team and became Vice President in 2006.
